This company was formed under the awning of a new approach in event planning: if there is a problem, we make it right. Simple, but not always prevalent in today’s blame-game world. Chillux Event Studios was founded by DMV native, Kristi Chillot. Kristi has a compelling attention to detail, a marketing & design education and a true love of luxury, travel and pop culture. This was the perfect formula to birth Kristi’s passion for creating one-of-a-kind events. She has hosted countless, unforgettable social and celebratory occasions and produced numerous successful fundraisers for local organizations.
When she’s not not busy creating on the glowforge and back to planning bigger events this year (fingers crossed), you will find her working out in her garage on the Peloton, running outside, or playing tennis (she had to ditch the gym last year due to COVID), watching Bravo or streaming the latest binge. Her other passions are home décor, electronic music and traveling. She dreams of getting back to exploring new cities or sitting on a beautiful beach drinking a skinny margarita with her husband and two kids who are all having milestone birthdays this year! 50, 21 and 18!

She knows the caterers to use and those to avoid, the right florists and rentals that align with your aesthetic, and the best and sometimes lesser known event spaces.
